Our Workplace Mental Wellness programs are based on Keyes & Martin’s (2017) Complete State Model of Mental Health, which uses a dual continuum model to view mental health and mental illness as distinct concepts. This model recognizes that one can have good mental health but still suffer from mental illness or have poor mental health without a mental illness.
